This is the keys tab. The keys of the saxophone are the part that makes the noise into different pitches using pads to seal air, the more keys that are pressed makes the sound travel longer through the body so the notes become lower, same thing with high notes, when less keys are pressed the sound travels less and makes a higher pitch.
